The Halp Network

William “Chip” Beaman is CEO of The Halp Network, a boutique creative and production services company dedicated to championing diversity and connecting underrepresented talent with opportunities in games, animation, and media. With more than 30 years of experience at Disney, THQ, Soundelux, and Formosa Interactive, he has contributed to iconic titles including the Metal Gear Solid and Call of Duty franchises, Uncharted, and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. A long-standing participant in SAG-AFTRA’s Interactive Media Agreement negotiations, Chip is also Co-Chair of GameSoundCon’s Dialogue and Performance track and an active advocate for industry and labor issues. He is a member of BAFTA North America and MPSE, and serves as Chairman of the Governing and Advisory Boards for Kollab Youth Workforce Development Program, supporting career pathways for underrepresented youth in media and tech. Based in Los Angeles with his wife, he enjoys music, travel, and storytelling, and continues to bridge production, talent, and inclusion across storytelling platforms.
