Julia Bianco is Co-Founder and COO of The Halp Network, a Black- and female-owned creative services studio that advances inclusive storytelling through cultural consulting, casting, and production. Her team guides AAA and indie partners, including Nintendo, Riot, Supergiant, Insomniac, and Epic Games, from audition to launch. Career highlights include The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, and Hades II. Julia’s casting on Tell Me Why set a new benchmark for transgender representation. A BAFTA North America board member and chair of the Games Committee, as well as author of The Art & Business of Acting for Video Games, she speaks globally on authentic performance and advocates for equitable pipelines.
